Fulfillment Time
Orders are fulfilled in 2–5 business days before shipping. Once an order status changes to “Accepted,” it cannot be edited or canceled.
Estimated Shipping Times
- USA – Standard: 1–4 business days (USPS)
- USA – Expedited: 1–3 business days (USPS Priority)
- International Zone 1 (Canada): 2–5 business days* (FedEx)
- International Zone 2 (Most of Europe & UK/Nordics): 2–5 business days* (FedEx)
- International Zone 3 (Australia, New Zealand & APAC): 2–5 business days* (FedEx)
*Customs processing may cause delays.
Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees upon delivery. These cannot be prepaid by us.
Sender Address on Labels
Shipping labels display our warehouse return address for carrier compliance. This does not affect your warranty or support.
Reshipments
If a package is returned due to wrong/insufficient address or unclaimed delivery, we’ll email you to arrange reshipment. Reship costs (original shipping + handling) apply. If no response within 30 days, the package may be discarded without refund.
