What are your shipping times and options?
Order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days before shipping. After fulfillment, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. We currently offer both standard and expedited shipping options so you can choose the balance of speed and cost that works best for you.
Where do you ship?
We ship from the United States to customers in the U.S., Canada, and across Europe including France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Portugal, and Sweden. We also ship to several destinations in Asia such as Indonesia, Macao SAR, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and South Korea, as well as to Oceania, including Australia and New Zealand.
What is your return, refund and replacement policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
